We want you to love your Star Light projector. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return
Email us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Conditions
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item should be in its original condition, with all parts included.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.

Return shipping
For returns that aren't due to damage or a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
